We have a stock of Plasma Cutters that can cut from 1mm to up to 15mm in thickness. A great addition to any workshop or garage, making light work of many tasks that are put at it.

What is Plasma Cutting?

Plasma cutting is a process that is used to cut steel and other metals of different thicknesses (or sometimes other materials) using a plasma torch. In this process, an inert gas (in some units, compressed air) is blown at high speed out of a nozzle; at the same time an electrical arc is formed through that gas from the nozzle to the surface being cut, turning some of that gas to plasma. The plasma is sufficiently hot to melt the metal being cut and moves sufficiently fast to blow molten metal away from the cut.

Our range of portable Plasma Cutters are ideal for any garage, workshop, or even hobby work at home. They are all lightweight and easily moved about. All our plasma cutters come with a 2 year warranty. The Plasma HG400 will cut up to 10mm and sever 12mm and the all new Plasma HG500 will cut 12mm clean and sever 15mm.

The Weldmate 185HF Tig Arc Plasma will Tig Weld, Arc Weld and Plasma Cut metal up to 12mm. Offering a 3 in 1 inverter welder at an affordable price!
